RSV requires an RSV service certificate. See here on instructions to obtain one.

If you are having trouble with rsv, you can run this command

[root@grow-grid ~]# rsv-control –profile
Running the rsv-profiler…
OSG-RSV Profiler
Analyzing…
Making tarball (rsv-profiler.tar.gz)

There should now be a file called rsv-profiler.tar.gz in your current directory. This file can be sent to the rsv support group.
