If you are having trouble with rsv, you can run this command

[root@grow-grid ~]# rsv-control --profile
<fc #008000>Running the rsv-profiler...
OSG-RSV Profiler
Analyzing...
Making tarball (rsv-profiler.tar.gz)</fc>
</xterm2>

There should now be a file called rsv-profiler.tar.gz in your current directory. This file can be sent to the rsv support group.
